Comments & Complaints

We will always take both suggestions and complaints seriously. If you want to make informal comments about the services we provide we would be very pleased to hear from you. There is a suggestion box for your complaints, comments and constructive criticism situated in the reception area. Your suggestions are always welcome.

Complaints

We always try to provide the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. If you have any complaints about the service that you have received from the Doctors or staff working at the practice, then you are entitled to complain and ask for an explanation.

The practice has a complaints procedure, information about which is available at Reception. We will investigate fully and respond sympathetically to all complaints about the services we provide.
