Consultations are by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), mornings and afternoons. Please telephone on 01485 600341 or call into the Reception to make an appointment. Appointments with your doctor can also be booked online.
Urgent problems will be assessed by telephone triage by the Duty Doctor and dealt with based on clinical need.
Routine appointments can be booked up to one month in advance. Consultations are usually 10 minutes long, however we realise that some problems may take longer than others. If the surgery does not run strictly to time, please be patient. If you are late for an appointment you may be asked to make a new appointment.
Non-urgent advice: Cancelling an appointment
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep your appointment, as someone else may be able to use it.
