We have a highly skilled team of doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, dispensers, receptionists and other staff who assists in delivering high quality, accessible and appropriate health care for all our patients.

Our Nursing Team
Our practice nurses are available by appointment. They can help with travel immunisations, ear syringing, family planning, menopause management, cervical smears, health promotion e.g. exercise and alcohol. They run a number of clinics including those for diabetes, asthma, hypertension and baby immunisations.

We have extended our nursing team to include healthcare assistants whose role it is to undertake phlebotomy, new patient health checks, NHS health checks, blood pressure checks, anticoagulation monitoring and to assist the nurses as required. This means we can offer more nursing appointments to our patients.

Our Practice Team
Mrs. Michelle Mountain
Practice Manager
Mrs. Michelle Mountain took over as Practice Manager in October 2019. She deals with the day to day running of the practice. She would be happy to hear your views and suggestions about the services offered by the practice.
Reception and Dispensing Team
We have a dedicated team of experienced staff. Those in reception deal with appointments, telephone enquiries and many other aspects of administration within the Medical Centre. Our dispensary staff deal with both acute and repeat prescription requests, maintain our dispensary stock and will deal happily with any queries relating to prescriptions issued.

We are part Norfolk Coastal Primary Care Network (PCN), our PCN consists of 4 practices working together, within the team our patients have access to Mental Health Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Social Prescribers, Physiotherapists and Paramedics.
